 You will undertake a realistic mock interview designed around the specific post you are targeting (e.g. Consultant, Registrar, CST, Trust Grade).

This session assesses your structure, content, communication style, and how effectively you present your experience. 

Immediately following the mock interview, we conduct a focused coaching session where we:

• Analyse your performance in detail
  
• Review your CV and application narrative
   
• Identify what appointing panels are looking for at your level
   
• Develop a clear, personalised strategy for structuring high-impact answers
   

You leave this session with practical, actionable changes, not generic advice.

A second mock interview is scheduled to allow you to implement the feedback and consolidate your progress.

This step ensures that improvements are embedded, refined, and delivered confidently under interview conditions.
